Security of your on-line transaction is paramount at CabinetWare, Inc. Our web site uses industry-standard 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt sensitive information such as your name, address, and credit card number. Encryption is a process wherein we scramble your order information so it cannot be read by anyone other than CabinetWare, even if it is wrongly intercepted en route to us.

A security symbol (unbroken key or closed lock) will appear at the bottom of your browser's window, indicating when you are in the secure mode.

Customers can shop privately, confidently and securely.

Conditions:
All sales are made solely on the terms and conditions as stated below. CabinetWare
does not accept any other terms or conditions of orders or sales unless agreed to in
writing and signed by an authorized corporate officer. Acceptance of, and or payment
for merchandise constitutes agreement of terms.

New Accounts:
A minimum $300.00 purchase is required to establish credit. Please allow 30 days
for processing of credit applications. Application for credit does not guarantee
that credit will be approved. Credit will only be considered for trade accounts where
frequent and repetitive purchases are probable. All purchases are C.O.D. while credit
is anticipated.

Terms:
Payment is due on the 10th day of the month following purchase. Accounts become past
due on the 15th of the month following purchase and are placed on C.O.D. A late charge
of 1½%(18% annually) will be assessed on all past due accounts. Buyer agrees to pay all
reasonable costs of collection including attorney fees. All orders are subject to approval
of our credit department. $35.00 will be assessed on checks returned unpaid from a bank
Possession of our catalog does not necessarily constitute permission to order or an
obligation to sell. CabinetWare reserves the right to change prices on merchandise
without notice.

Minimum Billing:
$35.00

Freight Policy:
Your order will ship via UPS ground unless your account is setup by CabinetWare
for delivery on our trucks. All orders placed before 4.00pm will be delivered FREE
the next business day if you are a trade customer holding a CabinetWare business
account ($35 minimum order value). All other orders will be shipped via UPS ground
at the customers cost according to the table shown on the 'Shipping' page.

Claims:
All goods damaged or lost in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. CabinetWare
will be pleased to furnish any information or assistance needed to establish a Buyer's claim against
the carrier. All cartons and packaging should not be discarded. All claims for shortage must
be made at the time of delivery. No claims will be accepted if goods have been altered or
changed from its original condition. Claims for shortage or damaged goods delivered on a
CabinetWare truck must be reported immediately or not later than two hours after delivery.

Special Order Items:
A prepayment is required on special order items. A special order cannot be canceled or returned. All special order items are NON-REFUNDABLE

Credits & Returned Goods:
No merchandise may be returned without authorization from CabinetWare, Inc. Unauthorized
returns will be refused. All claims for shortage or damage must be made at time of delivery.
All returns must be authorized, have a RGA number, be made within 30 days and are subject to a 15% handling charge and a minimum of a 35% handling charge on non-stock items.
All returns may be subject to additional shipping fees. Special order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
All special order items are NON-REFUNDABLE No merchandise will be accepted for credit beyond 30 days from purchase. Merchandise must be resalable and in original packing.
Do not deduct from remittance. Credit will be issued after returned merchandise is inspected
and counted by CabinetWare. Credit memos may only be applied toward the purchase of merchandise.
Credit memos not used within six months of issue date will be voided. Special order merchandise
cannot be returned or canceled as noted above. UPS returns will not be accepted without a Return
Goods Authorization form completed and returned with the merchandise.

Warranties:
Warranty is limited to Manufacturer's warranty only. CabinetWare, Inc does not warranty
any product or applications. All specifications and engineering information have been
reproduced for Buyer's convenience only and CabinetWare, Inc does not assume responsibility
for accuracy.

Delivery Dates:
Shipping dates given in advance of actual shipment are estimates based on information
received from our suppliers. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and CabinetWare shall not
be liable for any claims arising from delay in shipment or delivery.

Taxes:
Unless otherwise noted, prices do not include any preset or future sales, use, excise,
value added or similar tax. Where applicable, all such taxes shall be paid by the Buyer.
Buyer shall furnish evidence of exemption and have compliance documents on file with
CabinetWare, Inc., if applicable.

Notes:
Items that are large in size or length will cost more to ship than is reflected
in the above table. These items include closet rods, piano hinges and laminates.
Some items that require an additional shipping charge due to size, weight, or quantity
may not be reflected in the total shipping.
We will notify you of any extra charges before shipping.

Hazardous merchandise can not, and will not be shipped via UPS. No exceptions.
Please note, we can only ship merchandise upto 8' in length via UPS.
