How To Return Items

Returns:
All returns must be shipped in the original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition.
Please complete and include the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form provided with
your order. If you did not receive or have misplaced your RGA form, you can download one here.

Returns must be made within 30 days, and are subject to a 15% handling charge, 35% for
non-stock items. Special order items cannot be returned.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return ground shipping will be reimbursed.
Please do not return your package COD (it will be refused).
